Payment Option : We Have A No Cash Policy. You may bring a check or money order, Credit card ; Visa Master Card Or American Express; or check card with the Visa or Master card symbol on it. Pay now on this page, or login when you arrive to the studio. Do not fill out the money order until you arrive; for some payment will not go directly to WaxJam Records; but may payable to the person who's operating the board; the engineer.
Musicians: If you need a musician, please tell us what instrument you need and we will do our best to refer someone to you; please make sure their on time for block time: The clock is ticking.
Bringing your own tracks: Be sure to save the file in a wave or mp3 format; save to CD or jump drive; the quality of the tracks you bring will not change if your pre-recoded tracks are not of good quality/ dirty; We can add some equalization to the track that may clean it up some.
Payments: Only Guaranteed funds accepted. We prefer payments in advance here on our website using a check card w/Visa, or Master Card logo or credit card; but you may bring a cashier check or money to the studio, or pay by check card or credit card online at our office as well.
When Paying On-line: You will be prompt to enter the block time you need to do your project(s) The option to pay for block-time starting at 2Hrs minimum frame =s $.50.00 plus tax - for additional time select the appropriate quantity of the item: Meaning each block time starts at 2hrs; which is $50.00 for 1 qantity . You may choose the option to pay for a 3 hr block , 4 hours block, or 8 hours block.
When making a payment online; fill in the blank spaces with Artist, group or company and name of the person responsible for payment; Bring your Id along with your receipt; which will include a unique transaction number; so print or write down the transaction number for the payment. Warning; the transaction numbers are never the same number. Each payment will generate a new transaction number at random and must match what we have on file.
Proof of payment: Warning: Do not try to manipulate the system; your computer address location is recorded and filed. Do not falsify receipts of purchase; for we verify every transaction with hidden security encryptions that protects our company from Internet fraud. Violators subject to prosecution and a $10,000 fine.
Bring your valid proof of payment; if you do not have a printer; no problem; we can access your payment records online.
